What happens next
Return postage is paid by you
The customer pays the direct cost of returning the product. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after the withdrawal request is received; do not send a return before receiving those instructions.
Full-order delivery refund
If you withdraw from the entire order, Slipwash will also refund the original standard delivery costs as required by law. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option than the standard service are not included.
When the refund is made
The refund will be made within the legally required period and, where applicable, through the same payment method used for the purchase. Slipwash may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received, or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.
You may handle the product only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that.
